WeCare Connect is the industry leader of Senior Care and Human Services surveys. We were founded in 2012 as part of (and based on the needs of) Wellspring Lutheran Services, giving us unique insight and focus on the industry. Word quickly spread about the success our solution was providing Wellspring, which resulted in requests from other senior care organizations to use it. We rapidly expanded to meet this interest and now serve over 1,200 client locations across the U.S. and Canada. Because of the way we got our start, we are known for our collaborative, focused approach, along with our proven results.

We serve organizations of all sizes, from single-site organizations with as few as 60 employees to multi-state and multi-site organizations with thousands of employees and customers. We have conducted nearly 2 million surveys to date providing critical real-time data to our clients.
